The exact result, measurement window, and definition of an inquiry are written into your proposal before the project starts.
Website guarantee
If you're unhappy with the finished website and neither the website nor the Google Business Profile included in the project brings in at least two additional inquiries during the first two months, I'll refund every dollar you paid for the website.
What is agreed before kickoff
- The date the two-month measurement window begins.
- What counts as an additional inquiry for your business.
- Which website and Google Business Profile activity will be used to verify the result.
Chat assistant guarantee
If the assistant doesn't bring in at least five additional inquiries during its first 60 days, I'll refund every dollar you paid for the assistant during that window.
How an inquiry is counted
- An additional inquiry is a booked call, or a new lead who provides usable contact details through the chat after the measurement window begins.
- For sites receiving fewer than 500 visits per month, the target is prorated and written into the proposal before work begins.
- The 60-day start date and measurement method are written into the proposal.
